Shared Pages & Proposals

When you share a page or proposal with a client, they receive a secure link to view and interact with your content. This guide explains the client-facing experience.

Each shared page uses a secure, token-based URL. This means:

  • No sign-in required - Clients can view the page without creating an account
  • Unique per booking - Each link is tied to a specific booking
  • Expiration - Links can have an expiration date after which they’re no longer accessible
  • View tracking - You can see when the client opens the page

Depending on the blocks you included in the page, clients can:

Read text, headings, and view embedded videos.

If you included a Terms Form block, clients can read your terms and conditions and submit their acceptance directly on the page. The acceptance is recorded against the booking.

Clients can download the page as a PDF for their records.

If you included a Decline Button block, clients can formally decline the proposal. When they click it, they’re taken to a decline confirmation page and the booking status is updated to Cancelled.

When a client opens a shared page, the view is tracked and you can see analytics about:

  • When the page was first viewed
  • How many times it was viewed

Shared pages can have an expiration date. If a client tries to access an expired page, they’ll see a message that the link is no longer available.
