Checklists
Checklists let you create reusable templates for client onboarding, event preparation, or any set of tasks you need to track.
Accessing Checklists
Section titled “Accessing Checklists”Navigate to Content & Tools → Checklists in the sidebar.

Creating a Checklist Template
Section titled “Creating a Checklist Template”- Click Create Checklist
- Give your checklist a name
- Add tasks to the checklist
- Optionally attach documents from your Documents library to individual tasks
- Save the template

Checklist Tasks
Section titled “Checklist Tasks”Each task in a checklist can include:
- Task name - What needs to be done
- Document attachment - Link a document from your documents library (e.g., a contract to sign, a preparation guide)
Using Checklists
Section titled “Using Checklists”Checklist templates can be assigned to bookings to track client onboarding progress. When assigned, you can mark individual tasks as complete as the client progresses through them.
Example Checklists
Section titled “Example Checklists”Here are some common uses:
- Wedding Day Prep - Tasks for the client to complete before the big day
- Booking Onboarding - Welcome steps for new clients (sign contract, pay deposit, etc.)
- Pre-Event Checklist - Items to confirm before an event (venue details, timing, etc.)
