Checklists

Checklists let you create reusable templates for client onboarding, event preparation, or any set of tasks you need to track.

Navigate to Content & ToolsChecklists in the sidebar.

  1. Click Create Checklist
  2. Give your checklist a name
  3. Add tasks to the checklist
  4. Optionally attach documents from your Documents library to individual tasks
  5. Save the template

Each task in a checklist can include:

  • Task name - What needs to be done
  • Document attachment - Link a document from your documents library (e.g., a contract to sign, a preparation guide)

Checklist templates can be assigned to bookings to track client onboarding progress. When assigned, you can mark individual tasks as complete as the client progresses through them.

Here are some common uses:

  • Wedding Day Prep - Tasks for the client to complete before the big day
  • Booking Onboarding - Welcome steps for new clients (sign contract, pay deposit, etc.)
  • Pre-Event Checklist - Items to confirm before an event (venue details, timing, etc.)
