Media Library
The Media Library is your central hub for all images and videos used in your Knotless account. Upload media here and use it in email templates, pages, and more.
Accessing the Media Library
Section titled “Accessing the Media Library”Navigate to Content & Tools → Media Library in the sidebar.

Uploading Media
Section titled “Uploading Media”Drag and Drop
Section titled “Drag and Drop”- Open the Media Library
- Drag files from your computer onto the upload area
- Wait for upload to complete
Browse Upload
Section titled “Browse Upload”- Click Upload
- Select files from your computer
- Click Open
Supported Formats
Section titled “Supported Formats”| Type | Formats |

| Images | JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP |
| Videos | MP4, MOV |
Media Metadata
Section titled “Media Metadata”Each uploaded file can have metadata to help you organise and find it later:
- Title - A descriptive name for the file
- Description - Additional context about the file
- Tags - Categorisation tags for filtering

Searching and Filtering
Section titled “Searching and Filtering”Find media quickly:
- Search by title, description, or tags
- Filter by file type (images, videos)
Using Media in Templates
Section titled “Using Media in Templates”Insert images and videos from your library into email templates and pages:
In Email Templates
Section titled “In Email Templates”- In the email builder, add an Image Block
- Click Choose from Library
- Select the image you want
- Adjust size and alignment as needed
In Pages
Section titled “In Pages”- In the page builder, add a Video Block
- Select a video from your media library
- The video will be embedded in the page for clients to play

Usage Limits
Section titled “Usage Limits”The amount of media you can store depends on your subscription plan. A usage limit indicator is shown on the media library page.
Deleting media files that are used in templates or pages will remove them from those templates as well.
