Recommendations

The Recommendations feature lets you curate lists of trusted suppliers and vendors that you recommend to your clients. Share these lists to help clients find other professionals they need for their event.

Navigate to Content & ToolsRecommendations in the sidebar.

  1. Click Add Recommendation
  2. Fill in the supplier details:
    • Name - The supplier’s business name
    • Category - Service type (Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Venue, DJ, Caterer, etc.)
    • Contact details - Phone, email, website
    • Location - Where they’re based
    • Pricing tier - Budget, Mid-range, Premium
    • Style tags - Tags describing their style (e.g., Modern, Classic, Bohemian)
    • Description - A brief note about why you recommend them
  3. Optionally link to another Knotless provider if the supplier is also on the platform
  4. Save

Recommendations are organised by service category, making it easy for clients to find the type of supplier they need:

  • Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Florist
  • Venue
  • DJ / Music
  • Caterer
  • And more

Share your recommendations list with clients via a secure link:

  1. Click Share on the recommendations page
  2. A unique token-based link is generated
  3. Send the link to your client
  4. Clients can view the full list without needing to sign in

Clients who have access to the Client Portal can also view your recommendations from their dashboard.
