Invoices

The Invoices page gives you a centralised view of all your invoices from connected payment providers like Square.

Click Invoices in the sidebar to view your invoice dashboard.

At the top of the page, summary cards show:

  • Total Invoices - Total number of invoices
  • Unpaid - Number of invoices awaiting payment
  • Paid - Number of completed payments
  • Outstanding Amount - Total amount still owed

The invoice list shows:

  • Invoice number or reference
  • Client name
  • Amount
  • Status (Draft, Unpaid, Paid, Cancelled, Refunded)
  • Date
  • Provider (if multiple payment accounts are connected)

Use the filters at the top to narrow down invoices:

  • Status - Filter by payment status
  • Provider - Filter by connected payment account (if multiple)
  • Search - Search by client name or invoice number

Click on any invoice row to navigate to the linked booking where you can see full details. For the actual invoice document, click the external link to open it in your payment provider’s dashboard (e.g., Square).

To use invoices, you need to connect a payment provider:

  1. Go to SettingsPayment Integrations
  2. Connect your Square account via OAuth
  3. Invoices will automatically sync
