Invoices
The Invoices page gives you a centralised view of all your invoices from connected payment providers like Square.
Accessing Invoices
Section titled “Accessing Invoices”Click Invoices in the sidebar to view your invoice dashboard.

Invoice Summary
Section titled “Invoice Summary”At the top of the page, summary cards show:
- Total Invoices - Total number of invoices
- Unpaid - Number of invoices awaiting payment
- Paid - Number of completed payments
- Outstanding Amount - Total amount still owed
Viewing Invoices
Section titled “Viewing Invoices”The invoice list shows:
- Invoice number or reference
- Client name
- Amount
- Status (Draft, Unpaid, Paid, Cancelled, Refunded)
- Date
- Provider (if multiple payment accounts are connected)
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Use the filters at the top to narrow down invoices:
- Status - Filter by payment status
- Provider - Filter by connected payment account (if multiple)
- Search - Search by client name or invoice number
Viewing an Invoice
Section titled “Viewing an Invoice”Click on any invoice row to navigate to the linked booking where you can see full details. For the actual invoice document, click the external link to open it in your payment provider’s dashboard (e.g., Square).
Invoice Status
Section titled “Invoice Status”| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Invoice created but not yet sent |
| Unpaid | Sent to client, awaiting payment |
| Paid | Payment received |
| Cancelled | Invoice has been cancelled |
| Refunded | Payment was refunded to the client |
Connecting a Payment Provider
Section titled “Connecting a Payment Provider”To use invoices, you need to connect a payment provider:
- Go to Settings → Payment Integrations
- Connect your Square account via OAuth
- Invoices will automatically sync
