Pages & Proposals
Pages are rich, interactive web documents you can create and share with clients. Use them for proposals, contracts, welcome packs, or any content you want to present professionally.
Accessing Pages
Section titled “Accessing Pages”Click Pages in the sidebar to view all your page templates. You’ll see:
- Usage limit progress bar showing how many pages you’ve used
- My Pages tab with your custom page templates
- Starter Templates tab with pre-built templates to get you started

Creating a New Page
Section titled “Creating a New Page”- Click Create Page on the pages list
- Choose to start from scratch or use a starter template
- Build your page using the visual editor
The Page Builder
Section titled “The Page Builder”The page builder is a block-based editor for creating rich web content:

Available Blocks
Section titled “Available Blocks”| Block Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Text | Paragraphs and formatted text with rich editing |
| Heading | Section headings in different sizes |
| Video | Embed videos from your media library |
| Terms Form | Interactive terms and conditions acceptance form |
| Decline Button | Button allowing clients to decline the proposal |
Video Support
Section titled “Video Support”Add videos to your pages from your media library. This is useful for personalised welcome messages, behind-the-scenes content, or portfolio showcases.

Terms Form
Section titled “Terms Form”The Terms Form block adds an interactive form where clients can read and accept your terms and conditions directly on the page. When they submit the form, the acceptance is recorded against the booking.

Decline Button
Section titled “Decline Button”Add a decline button to give clients an easy way to formally decline a proposal. When clicked, the booking status is updated automatically.
Preview
Section titled “Preview”Click Preview to see how your page will look to clients. The preview dialog shows the full rendered page.

Sharing Pages with Clients
Section titled “Sharing Pages with Clients”Pages are shared with clients via secure, token-based links. When you send a page to a client:
- A unique URL is generated for that booking
- The client receives the link (via email or directly)
- The page is accessible without requiring the client to sign in
- View tracking records when the client opens the page

Managing Pages
Section titled “Managing Pages”From the pages list you can:
- Edit - Open the page in the builder
- Duplicate - Create a copy of a page template
- Delete - Remove a page you no longer need
