Account Setup

Setting up your Knotless account takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to get started.

  1. Visit knotless.co.uk and click Get Started
  2. Sign up using your email address or continue with Google
  3. Verify your email address if prompted
  4. You’ll be taken to your new dashboard

After creating your account, configure your business profile in Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Fill in your:
    • Business name
    • Business type (e.g., Makeup Artist, Photographer)
    • Location and service area
    • Contact information
    • Bio/description

Add a professional photo or your business logo:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the settings
  2. Upload an image (recommended: 400x400 pixels or larger)
  3. Crop and save

Set up the services you offer and their pricing:

  1. Go to SettingsPricing & Services
  2. Add your services with default pricing
  3. Configure travel rates if applicable
  4. Set up additional items or packages

Sync with Google Calendar to manage your availability:

  1. Go to SettingsCalendar
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar
  3. Sign in to your Google account and grant permissions
  4. Choose which calendar to sync

Knotless provides a customisable contact form that you can embed on your website or share as a standalone link:

  1. Go to SettingsForms
  2. Configure the form layout, theme, and fields
  3. Enable the hosted page to get a shareable link
  4. Copy the embed code to add the form to your website
