Billing & Subscription

Manage your Knotless subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

Go to SettingsBilling & Subscription.

Knotless offers three subscription tiers:

Free Plan

  • Just getting started or testing the platform
  • Small number of bookings per month

Starter Plan

  • Active freelancers and growing businesses
  • Need more templates, pages, and workflows

Premium Plan

  • Established businesses with high volume
  • Need calendar sync, payment integrations, and invoicing
  • Maximum usage limits across all features
  1. Sign up for a new account
  2. Automatically receive Premium features for a trial period
  3. No credit card required
  4. At trial end, choose to subscribe or continue with the Free plan
  • You’ll be notified before the trial ends
  • If you don’t subscribe, you’ll switch to the Free plan
  • Your data is preserved
  • Upgrade any time to regain Premium features
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Enter payment details via Stripe
  5. Confirm your subscription

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until the end of your billing period

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. Export anything important before then.

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add or update your payment method
  4. Set as default if needed

View past invoices and receipts:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. View all past charges
  4. Download receipts as needed

Throughout the app, you’ll see usage limit progress bars on features like templates, pages, workflows, and documents. These show how many you’ve used relative to your plan’s limit.

When you approach a limit, you’ll see a prompt to upgrade your plan.
