Payment Integrations

Connect payment providers to Knotless to manage invoices, track payments, and accept deposits from clients.

Accessing Payment Integrations

Go to Settings → Payment Integrations.

Square Integration

Square is the primary payment provider currently supported by Knotless.

Connecting Square

Go to Settings → Payment Integrations
Click Connect Square
You’ll be redirected to Square to authorise the connection
Sign in to your Square account (or create one)
Grant Knotless access
You’ll be redirected back to Knotless

What Square Enables

Once connected:

View invoices in the Invoices page
Track payment status on bookings
Sync invoice data automatically between Square and Knotless

Default Provider

If you have multiple payment accounts connected, you can set a default provider from the integrations settings page. The default provider is used when creating new invoices.

Disconnecting Square

Go to Settings → Payment Integrations
Click Disconnect next to Square
Confirm the disconnection

Stripe (Coming Soon)

Stripe integration is planned and currently behind a feature flag. When available, it will support:

Subscription billing for your clients
Invoice creation and payment tracking
Credit/debit card payments
